VMware Explore 2022 EUC Recap

VMware Explore 2022 in San Francisco is already a couple of weeks ago, but I’m still processing everything that happened at the very first edition of this rebranded/revamped/remarketed flagship event of VMware. The whole idea behind the rebranding is obviously because of the broader scope of solutions that VMware offers. When purely looking at the EUC-side-of-things, there was a lot to learn and some really interesting announcements, outside of just my own presentations. Let me start with a proper EUC recap.

There was a large number of new things to learn, such as the new Horizon Nextgen architecture, Autonomous Workspaces, innovations and use cases in employee experience, the latest and greatest in Zero Trust, etc. If you would like to get an overview of the Horizon Nextgen architecture and a summary of the announcement, you are at the right place!

Frank, Duncan, and myself recorded a number of interviews, some even at the event. The EUC episode featuring Graeme Gordon and Shawn Bass of Unexplored Territory can be found here:

We will surely be back at VMware Explore 2022 Barcelona in early november with the entire podcast crew. If you like to have a chat, reach out using our twitter account.
